REPORT FOR 2008

Time has passed so quickly that little did I realize Christmas is just around the corner. It has been 10 months since the church called Life Solution Christian Church was set up. It was set up through High Impact Ministries (HIM). HIM is a young organization, nevertheless, it has taken steps to activate a few advancements.
Evidently, HIM pioneered this new church in Melbourne with the current growth of 50 that is multicultural. Besides we had some major significant moves. Perhaps with the highlight of our initial history. I started off in my house at 9 Chandler Road, Glen Waverley, which can take a capacity of 20 people only. It was squeezy but the fellowship was warmth. Everyone who came along side was excited to know what was in store for them. Meanwhile, some were unsure because they never had whatsoever experience about pioneering work. Within less than 2 months, we moved to a public hall (under the Council here) which has the capacity of 60 people. We stayed on for 3 months before we moved on to a bigger hall (RSL Waverley) which has the capacity of 120 people. This is where we are at present. The rental increases each time. Though the offerings were not able to cover the cost but our faith was determined to move.
We had a significant official launching on the 17th August 2008 with Dr Kameel Majdali as our speaker. The entire hall was filled with people and the air was filled with expectation.
The work continued with one primary objective: Laying down foundation in Church Development via Bible Study on the book of Joshua. It consists of 21 series. We went through a thorough study on the scriptures with modern day applications so that a church is designed and shaped according to God’s ways.
With your help, HIM has contributed the entire working process of pioneering LSCC that includes registration, insurance and amenities. We have purchase an electronic drum set, a keyboard, Projector and a Full Screen. Thanks for your kind generosity.
However, the speakers, P.A and microphones are currently borrowed.
HIM is extending new networks to establish opportunities to minister in new grounds as according to the mission and vision that God had laid in my heart. My road maps are constantly reviewed and also being drawn up in order to consolidate the call of God for me:
- To help train His people to plant churches
- To establish teacher/children English program.
- To inspire churches in having Revival /Evangelistic services.
- To set up a Church Planting Institute
- To increase the awareness of parenting and youth
- To grow leadership

On the top of all these schedules, I have to help grow LSCC as well. This is a joy in serving God- always on the move.

I truly appreciate your seed faith which has supported me and has helped me to contribute to others and to grow God’s kingdom in other fields. Do consider the vastness of the opportunity that God has given. My wife and I look forward to another year of God’s grace. Though the ministry is young but I envisage the possibility of making the difference.
